Service Charges & Payment Processing

For one-time bookings, payment may be authorized at the time of booking. The final amount will be charged once the service has been completed successfully.

For scheduled recurring service plans, the initial booking may be charged immediately upon confirmation. Future sessions will be billed automatically before the scheduled appointment date.

If a payment attempt is unsuccessful, Indus Services may retry the transaction using the payment methods saved to the customer's account.

Billing Confirmation

A payment receipt or transaction confirmation will be sent to the email address or mobile number provided during booking. Customers may also receive notifications through our platform where applicable.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved in situations such as:

  • The service was not delivered.
  • An incorrect or duplicate payment was processed.
  • A booking qualifies for a refund under the cancellation terms.
  • Indus Services is unable to fulfill the requested service.
Refund requests should be submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled service date. Once approved, refunds will be returned through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

Customer Obligations

To avoid delays, additional charges or cancellation fees, customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact and address information.
  • Ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • Obtaining any required building, community, management or security approvals.
  • Informing Indus Services in advance of any access restrictions.
Indus Services will not be responsible for service delays or cancellations resulting from unavailable access, missing permits or customer-related restrictions.

Rescheduling Requests

Customers may request to change the date or time of a booking, subject to availability. Requests submitted sufficiently before the appointment will generally be processed without charge.

Requests made close to the service time may incur fees similar to cancellation charges.

Standard Service Cancellation Fees

The following terms apply to general services, including home cleaning and maintenance services.

Within 15 minutes of booking confirmation No charge
More than 6 hours before scheduled service No charge
Less than 6 hours before scheduled service Up to 100% of booking value
After the scheduled service start time Up to 100% of booking value
For services other than home cleaning, cancellation charges may be limited to a maximum of AED 150 where applicable.

Moving & Deep Cleaning Services

Because moving and deep cleaning services require advance planning, team allocation, transportation arrangements and equipment scheduling, different cancellation terms apply.

Less than 12 hours before scheduled service 30% of booking value
At scheduled service time or after service commencement 50% of booking value

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Customers may cancel their booking through our support team or available booking channels. Cancellation charges depend on how much notice is provided before the scheduled service time.

A booking will be considered a missed appointment if our service team arrives and cannot perform the service due to reasons including:

  • Customer not present.
  • Access denied by security or building management.
  • Required permits not available.
  • Incorrect location details.
  • Any other customer-related reason preventing service delivery.
Applicable fees may be charged in missed appointment cases.

Prepaid & Authorized Transactions

  • Eligible cancellations will receive a full release or refund of the prepaid amount.
  • Applicable cancellation charges will be deducted where required.
  • Any remaining balance will be returned using the original payment method.

Situations Beyond Our Control

Indus Services reserves the right to postpone, reschedule or cancel appointments due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions.
  • Government restrictions.
  • Public safety concerns.
  • Natural disasters.
  • Technical or operational disruptions.
Where appropriate, customers will be offered an alternative appointment or a refund.

Amendments

Indus Services may revise these terms from time to time. Any updates will be published on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
